1. The structure typically features a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates through precision cutting and bending,followed by automatic welding. The general height options are 25m, 30m, and 35m, engineered to withstand wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.

2. In addition to the functional framework, decorative materials such as steel, steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates are primarily used, all hot-dip galvanized for durability.

3. The electric lifting system features an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Inside the lamp post, a lifting mechanism allows for speeds of 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring efficient operation.

4. The guiding and unloading system includes a guide wheel and guide arm, ensuring the lamp plate remains stable without transverse movement.during lifting. Once in position, the lamp plate automatically locks in place with a secure hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system can accommodate 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400W to 1000W, using metal halide (white light) for both spotlighting and floodlighting purposes.A computer time controller provides automated management of switch timing, allowing for partial or full illumination as needed,

Classification of high pole lamps
High pole lamps are generally categorized into two types: lifting and non-lifting. The lifting high mast typically exceeds 18 meters in height and offers the convenience of electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray ascends to its working position, it automatically detaches, hangs in the designated groove, and the wire rope can be conveniently released.
The lifting high-pole lamp features dual lifting control modes: manual and electric. This versatility ensures the lamp tray can be raised or lowered with ease.
For reliable and safe maintenance, the lamp tray can be lowered to a height of 2.5 meters above ground level. The manual remote control device is equipped with a 10-meter lead-out wire, allowing the operator to control the lifting mechanism from a distance of 5 meters, thereby ensuring their safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp comes with an auxiliary cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to an appropriate position, one end of this cable is connected to the electrical control system socket, and the other end plugs into the junction box on the lamp tray. This configuration allows for direct power supply to the lamp tray, facilitating easy maintenance of the lamps and lanterns.
All lift-type high-pole lamps are designed with a sealing grade of IP65, adhering to international standards to safeguard against dust and rain, thereby extending the bulb's service life. The lamps and lanterns are usually crafted from corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
