2. In the realm of functionality, these structures are adorned with decorative materials, primarily steel. The steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates undergo a sophisticated hot dip galvanizing process for durability.
3. The electric lifting system is a marvel of engineering, featuring an electric motor, a winch, and three robust sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Inside the lamp post, a smooth lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute is maintained, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
4. The guiding and unloading system is a well-orchestrated composition of guide wheels and arms, designed to keep the lamp plate stable, preventing any lateral movement.during the lifting process. Once the lamp plate reaches its designated position, an automatic drop-and-lock mechanism, operated by a hook, secures it in place.
5. Our lighting electrical system is versatile, accommodating 6 to 24 lamps, each ranging from 400 W to 1000 W. Options include metal halide lamps that deliver both bright white light and floodlight capabilities.A sophisticated computer time controller empowers users to automate the lighting schedule, offering partial or full illumination with ease.
6. For unmatched lightning protection, the lamp top is equipped with a robust 1.5-meter long lightning rod.
