2. Our product not only fulfills functional requirements but also emphasizes aesthetics. The framework predominantly uses steel materials, including steel pipes and lamp posts, all of which undergo hot-dip galvanizing to ensure durability.
3. The electric lifting system is a marvel of modern engineering. It includes an efficient electric motor, a reliable winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes along with cables. Inside the lamp post, the sophisticated lifting mechanism operates at a convenient speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guiding and unloading system is ingeniously designed with a guide wheel and guide arm, which securely prevents any transverse movement of the lamp plate.. During the lifting process, once the lamp plate is in position, an automatic hook ensures it is securely dropped and locked in place.
5. The advanced lighting electrical system can accommodate between 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400 W to 1000 W. It includes options for metal halide (white light), spotlight, and floodlight configurations. A sophisticated computer time controller allows for precise management of the lighting schedule, enabling part or full illumination as needed.
6. Our lightning protection system is a robust feature, with a 1.5-meter lightning rod mounted atop the lamp for optimum safety.

High pole lamps are primarily categorized into two innovative types: the versatile lifting type and the robust non-lifting type. The lifting main pole, reaching impressive heights of over 18m, offers an effortless electric lifting operation. Once elevated to its optimal working position, the lamp tray seamlessly detaches and securely suspends within the groove, allowing the wire rope to be efficiently removed.
The state-of-the-art lifting type high-pole lamp is ingeniously equipped with dual lifting control options: manual and electric. This ensures that the lamp tray can be safely and reliably descended to a convenient height of 2.5 meters above the ground, facilitating hassle-free maintenance.
With an extended lead-out wire length of 10m for the manual remote control device, operators can efficiently manage the lifting of the lamp panel from a secure distance of up to 5m. This thoughtful design prioritizes the safety and security of the operator, ensuring peace of mind.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp comes with an essential spare cable for added convenience. When the lamp tray lowers to a suitable position, simply insert one end of the cable into the electrical control system's socket and the other into the junction box on the lamp tray. This allows for a direct power supply to the lamps and lanterns, enabling seamless maintenance and overhaul operations.
To ensure optimal performance and durability, all lamps and lanterns of the lift-type high-pole lamp boast a remarkable sealing grade of IP65 international standard. This advanced feature effectively safeguards against the infiltration of dust and rain, significantly extending the bulb's lifespan.
