Product Description

The configuration of high mast light:
1. The shape is typically a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates that are meticulously cut and bent,then subjected to automatic welding. The standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a maximum wind resistance design of up to 60 meters per second.

2. For functionality and aesthetics, primarily steel materials are used, including steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates, all of which undergo hot dip galvanizing.

3. The electric lifting system comprises an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. Inside the lamp post, a lifting mechanism is installed, capable of speeds of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system features a guide wheel and guide arm, ensuring the lamp plate remains stable and does not shift transversely.during the lifting process. Once in place, the lamp plate is automatically secured and locked by a hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400 W and 1000 W, utilizing metal halide (white light) for spotlights and floodlights. A computer time controller allows for automatic switching, offering options for partial lighting or full illumination,

6. For lightning protection, the lamp top is fitted with a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod,

while the underground foundation includes 1-meter-long grounding wires, securely welded to the underground bolt.

Classification of High-Pole Lamps
High-pole lamps generally fall into two categories: lifting and non-lifting. The lifting type typically exceeds 18 meters in height and features a convenient electric lifting system. Once elevated to the desired working position, the lamp tray securely detaches from the main pole, allowing it to be suspended safely while the wire rope is released.
The lifting high-pole lamp offers both manual and electric control options, ensuring versatile operation. This allows the lamp tray to be safely lowered to a height of 2.5 meters above ground level, facilitating easy maintenance and accessibility.
For enhanced safety, the lifting high-pole lamp includes a manual remote control device with a 10-meter lead-out wire. This enables the operator to control the lifting and lowering of the lamp panel from a safe distance of 5 meters, ensuring their personal safety during operation.
Additionally, each lifting high-pole lamp comes equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to an accessible height, one end of the cable is connected to the electrical control system's socket, while the other end is connected to the junction box on the lamp tray. This setup allows for direct power supply to the lamp tray, simplifying maintenance and repairs.
All lifting high-pole lamps are designed to meet the IP65 international sealing standard, which safeguards against dust and rain intrusion, thereby extending the service life of the bulbs. The lamps are crafted from durable materials such as aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, both known for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
