After precise cutting and bending,an advanced automatic welding process is employed. These majestic structures stand tall at heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, designed to withstand wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second, ensuring durability and reliability even in the harshest conditions.

2. In addition to their functional capabilities, these poles are also aesthetically enhanced with decorative materials, primarily composed of robust steel, steel pipes, and lamp posts, with lamp plates undergoing a protective hot-dip galvanization process.

3. The electric lifting system is a testament to engineering brilliance, featuring a powerful electric motor, a winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Elevating efficiency, the system is installed within the lamp post, achieving a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring swift and secure adjustments.

4. The guiding and unloading mechanism incorporates a guide wheel and guide arm, meticulously designed to maintain stability, preventing any lateral movement.during the lifting process. Once the lamp plate reaches its optimal position, it is automatically secured and locked in place with precision hooks, ensuring unwavering stability.

5. The sophisticated lighting electrical system accommodates an impressive array of 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400 W and 1000 W options, featuring metal halide (white light) technology for both floodlighting and focused illumination.A state-of-the-art computer time controller offers seamless automation, expertly managing the switching times, allowing for customizable part lighting or full illumination based on specific needs.

6. The lightning protection system is fortified with a 1.5-meter lightning rod atop the lamp, ensuring safety.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
