1. These robust high mast lights feature dodecagon or octagonal conical poles, crafted from high-strength steel plates. Precision-cut, bent, and automatically welded, they stand tall at heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m. Engineered to withstand wind speeds up to 60 meters per second, they promise unmatched durability.

2. Incorporating both functionality and elegance, the structures employ decorative materials primarily composed of steel. Components such as steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates are meticulously hot-dip galvanized for enhanced longevity.

3. Our electric lifting system boasts an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. This system ensures a smooth lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, integrated seamlessly within the lamp post.

4. The sophisticated guiding and unloading system, comprising guide wheels and guide arms, guarantees the lamp plate remains stable and does not sway laterally during the lifting process.Once the lamp plate reaches its designated position, an automatic hook mechanism secures it firmly in place.

5. Our lighting electrical system can be fitted with 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400W to 1000W. Choose from metal halide (white light), spotlight, or floodlight options. A state-of-the-art computer time controller enables effortless management of switching times, partial or full illumination.

6. The sophisticated lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the top of the lamp, ensuring safety.

Additionally, the underground foundation is fortified with a 1-meter-long grounding wire, expertly welded to the underground bolt for robust grounding.

Classification of high pole lamps
Generally, high pole lamps can be divided into lifting type and non-lifting type. The height of the lifting main pole typically exceeds 18m, offering the convenience of electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray is elevated to its working height, it can be automatically detached, securely hung in place, and the wire rope released.
The lifting type high-pole lamp comes with dual lifting control modes: manual and electric. This allows the lamp tray
to be safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above the ground, ensuring easy maintenance. The manual remote control device features a 10m lead-out wire, enabling the operator to remotely manage the lifting of the lamp panel from up to 5m away, thereby guaranteeing the operator's personal safety.
Additionally, each lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to an adequate height, one end of the cable can be connected to the electrical control system, while the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray. This setup allows for direct electricity supply to the lamp tray, facilitating easy maintenance and repair of the lamps and lanterns.
The sealing grade of all lamps and lanterns in the lift-type high-pole lamp is IP65 international standard, effectively preventing dust and rain from entering and extending the service life of the bulbs. These lanterns are primarily made from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, materials renowned for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
