1. Crafted with precision, these high mast lights feature dodecagon or octagonal conical poles, sculpted from high-strength steel plates through meticulous cutting and bending processes,complemented by automatic welding. These structures typically reach towering heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, engineered to withstand wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.

2. Beyond functionality, these lights are aesthetically enhanced with decorative materials, predominantly steel and steel pipes. The lamp posts and lamp plates undergo hot-dip galvanization for robust protection.

3. Our electric lifting system is a blend of efficiency and durability, comprising an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. Inside the lamp post, this system operates at a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring rapid and smooth adjustments.

4. The guiding and unloading system uses advanced guide wheels and guide arms to eliminate transverse movement of the lamp plate during elevation,.Once the lamp plate reaches its optimal position, it is securely locked in place by an automatic hook mechanism.

5. Our lighting electrical system is versatile and powerful, supporting 6 to 24 lamps with options for 400W and 1000W metal halide (white light), tailored for both light and floodlight applications. A state-of-the-art computer time controller manages the switching times, enabling partial or full illumination as needed for optimal lighting conditions.

6. For enhanced safety, the lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the lamp top,

Intricate Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are generally segmented into two primary categories: lifting type and non-lifting type. Lifting main poles typically exceed heights of 18 meters, and the electric lifting operation system offers unparalleled convenience. Once the lamp tray ascends to its operational position, it seamlessly detaches, securely suspends in the groove, and the wire rope is effortlessly released.
The innovative lifting type high-pole lamp is engineered with dual control modes, both manual and electric, for user-friendly operation of the lamp tray.
This design ensures that the lamp tray can be safely and reliably lowered to a maintenance-friendly height of 2.5 meters above ground level. The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead-out wire, allowing operators to manage the lifting of the lamp panel from a safe distance of 5 meters, thereby ensuring their personal safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp comes equipped with a backup cable. When lowered to the designated position, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket, and the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray. This setup allows for direct power supply to the lamp tray, facilitating comprehensive maintenance of the lamps and lanterns.
The sealing grade for all lamps and lanterns of the lift-type high-pole lamp adheres to the IP65 international standard, effectively preventing the intrusion of dust and rain, thereby extending the bulb's service life. The lamps and lanterns are manufactured using premium materials such as aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, renowned for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
