Product Description

The configuration of high mast light:
1. The shape options typically include dodecagon or octagonal conical poles, crafted from high-strength steel plates that are expertly cut and bent. Through automatic welding processes, these structures achieve general heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a maximum wind resistance design capable of withstanding up to 60 meters per second.

2. The functional framework prioritizes aesthetics with decorative elements, primarily constructed from steel and steel pipe. The lamp post and lamp plate undergo hot dip galvanization for enhanced durability.

3. The electric lifting system comprises an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. Inside the lamp post, a lifting mechanism operates at a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading systems feature guide wheels and guide arms to ensure the lamp plate remains stable and does not shift transversely.during the lifting process. Once the lamp plate is in position, hooks automatically drop and lock the plate securely in place.

5. The lighting electrical system supports configurations of 6 to 24 lamps with options for 400W or 1000W metal halide (white light), providing both focused light and floodlight settings. A computer time controller allows for precise automation of switching times, enabling partial or full illumination as needed.

6. The lightning protection system includes a 1.5 meter long lightning rod at the top of the lamp,

and the underground foundation is equipped with 1-meter long grounding wires, securely welded to the underground bolts for effective earthing.

Classification of High-Pole Lamps
Our high-pole lamps are versatile and can be broadly categorized into lifting type and non-lifting type. Typically, the lifting main poles exceed a height of 18 meters, enabling effortless electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray is elevated to its functional position, it disengages automatically, securely hangs in the groove, and allows the wire rope to be detached smoothly.
The lifting type high-pole lamp boasts dual lifting control options—manual and electric—providing flexibility in operation. This allows the lamp tray to be managed with ease and efficiency.
Maintenance is a breeze with our innovative lifting type high-pole lamp. It can be safely lowered to a convenient height of 2.5 meters above the ground. The manual remote control device comes with a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling operators to oversee the lifting and lowering of the lamp panel from a safe distance of 5 meters, ensuring their utmost safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp is thoughtfully furnished with a spare cable. Once the lamp tray is lowered to the appropriate position, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket, and the other end links to the junction box on the lamp tray. This direct power supply facility streamlines the maintenance and overhaul of lamps and lanterns.
To safeguard against environmental elements, all our lift-type high-pole lamp fixtures meet the IP65 international standard, ensuring they are impervious to dust and rain, thus extending the bulb's service life. Our lamp materials typically include high-quality aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, renowned for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
