The Configuration of High Mast Light:
1. The shape typically features a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates that are expertly cut and bent.With automatic welding, these poles usually stand at heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, designed to withstand wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.
2. In addition to being functional, these structures also incorporate decorative aesthetics, primarily utilizing steel, steel pipes, and lamp posts. All components undergo hot dip galvanizing.
3. The electric lifting system comprises an electric motor, a winch, three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables.Inside the lamp post, a lifting mechanism enables speeds of 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guiding and unloading system features a guide wheel and guide arm, ensuring the lamp plate remains stable and does not shift sideways..During the lifting process, when the lamp plate reaches its position, it automatically locks and secures with a hook.

The lighting electrical system accommodates 6 to 24 lamps, with options ranging from 400W to 1000W metal halide (white light), and includes both spotlights and floodlights.A computer time controller can manage the switching times automatically, enabling either partial lighting or full illumination.
6. The lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the top of the lamp.
Additionally, the underground foundation is equipped with a 1-meter-long grounding wire, securely welded to the underground bolt.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are generally classified into lifting and non-lifting types. Lifting poles are typically over 18m high and offer convenient electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray is in the working position, it automatically detaches, hangs in the groove, and the wire rope releases.
The lifting high-pole lamp features both manual and electric control modes, allowing the lamp tray
to be safely lowered to 2.5 meters above the ground for easy maintenance. The manual remote control device has a 10m lead wire, enabling remote operation up to 5m away to ensure the operator's safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp comes with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket and the other to the junction box on the lamp tray for direct power supply and easy maintenance.
All lift-type high-pole lamps meet the IP65 international sealing standard, preventing dust and water entry, thus extending the bulb's service life. The lamps and lanterns are typically made from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance.
