The configuration of high mast light:
1. The high mast light pole typically features a dodecagon or octagonal conical shape, crafted from high-strength steel plates that are precisely cut, bent,and seamlessly welded. The standard heights available are 25m, 30m, and 35m, designed to withstand wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.
2. In addition to their functional framework, these poles incorporate decorative elements made primarily of steel. The steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate
are treated with hot-dip galvanization for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance. Electric lifting system consists of an electric motor, a winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and a cable.The internal mechanism allows for a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring efficient and smooth operation.
4. The guiding and unloading system features a guide wheel and guide arm, designed to prevent any transverse movement of the lamp plateduring the lifting process. Once the lamp plate reaches the desired height, it is automatically secured and locked in place by a hook mechanism.
5. The lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400W and 1000W options. These include metal halide lamps (white light), spotlights, and floodlights.A computer time controller is integrated to manage the automatic switching of lights, allowing for either partial or full illumination based on preset timings.
6. The lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter lightning rod at the top of the lamp. The underground foundation features a 1-meter long grounding wire,
welded securely to the underground bolt, providing robust protection against lightning strikes.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
