1. Our high mast lights feature a sophisticated dodecagon or octagonal conical pole shape, meticulously crafted from high-strength steel plates. After precision cutting and bending,and automatic welding, they achieve impressive heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, engineered to withstand wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.

2. The robust functional framework is complemented by decorative materials, primarily steel and steel pipe. The lamp post and lamp plate are protected with hot-dip galvanizing for enhanced longevity.

3. Our electric lifting system is a marvel of engineering, incorporating an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire rope and cables.Inside the lamp post, a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute ensures efficient and reliable operation.

4. The guiding and unloading system, featuring a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures the lamp plate remains stable and aligned during lifting,ensuring safety and precision.Once the lamp plate reaches its designated height, it securely locks into place automatically with a robust hook mechanism.

5. Our lighting electrical system is versatile, supporting 6 to 24 lamps with options for 400 W to 1000 W metal halide (white light) fixtures, providing both spot and flood lighting.Advanced computer time controllers offer automated control over switching times, with the flexibility for part lighting or full illumination as needed.

Classification of high pole lamps
High pole lamps can generally be classified into two types: lifting and non-lifting. The lifting type typically features a main pole height exceeding 18 meters and is designed for convenient electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray reaches its operational height, it can automatically detach, hang securely, and release the wire rope, ensuring ease of use.
The lifting-type high-pole lamp offers two control modes: manual and electric, allowing for flexible and safe operation of the lamp tray.
This feature ensures that the lamp tray can be safely and reliably lowered to approximately 2.5 meters above the ground for straightforward maintenance. Additionally, the manual remote control device comes with a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling the operator to manage the lifting of the lamp panel from a safe distance of 5 meters, thereby ensuring operator safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a backup cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to the appropriate maintenance position, one end of the backup cable plugs into the electrical control system socket, and the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray. This setup allows for direct power supply to the lamp tray, facilitating easy maintenance and repair of the lamps and lanterns.
All lamps and lanterns on the lift-type high-pole lamp meet the IP65 international standard for sealing, effectively preventing dust and water ingress and thereby extending the bulb's service life. The lamps are constructed from high-quality materials such as aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
