1. Typically crafted into dodecagon or octagonal conical poles, our high mast lights feature high-strength steel plates that are meticulously cut and bent,followed by precision automatic welding. Standard heights include 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a robust design capable of withstanding winds up to 60 meters per second.

2. Our lights blend functionality with aesthetics, utilizing high-quality steel, steel pipe, and hot-dip galvanized lamp posts and plates to ensure durability and visual appeal.

3. The electric lifting system is a marvel of engineering, featuring an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Inside the lamp post, this system provides a seamless lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. Our guiding and unloading system, composed of a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures the lamp plate remains stable and does not shift sidewaysduring the lifting process. Once in position, the lamp plate automatically locks in place thanks to a reliable hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system is highly versatile, accommodating 6 to 24 lamps ranging from 400W to 1000W metal halide (white light), for both spotlighting and floodlighting applications.With a computer time controller, it offers automatic control over switch timings, partial lighting, or full illumination.

6. Our advanced lightning protection system features a 1.5-meter long lightning rod situated at the lamp top,

High Pole Lamp Classification
High pole lamps are generally categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. Lifting main poles typically exceed 18 meters in height and offer convenient electric lifting operations. When the lamp tray reaches its working position, it can automatically detach, hang securely in the groove, and the wire rope can be released.
Our lifting type high-pole lamp boasts dual lifting control modes—manual and electric—ensuring the lamp tray can be securely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above ground level, facilitating effortless maintenance.
The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead-out wire, allowing the operator to control the lamp panel's lifting from a safe 5-meter distance, thereby ensuring the operator's safety during maintenance operations.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray descends to an appropriate position, one end of the cable is plugged into the electrical control system socket, and the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray, enabling direct electricity supply for lamp and lantern maintenance.
All lift-type high-pole lamp fixtures are sealed to the IP65 international standard, effectively preventing dust and rain infiltration and extending the bulb's lifespan. The fixtures are constructed from durable aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, renowned for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
