Product Description

The configuration of high mast light:

1. Typically designed in dodecagon or octagonal shapes, our high mast light poles are crafted from high-strength steel plates that undergo precise cutting, bending, and automatic welding. Available in heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, these poles boast a maximum wind resistance design of up to 60 meters per second.

2. Our functional framework integrates both durability and aesthetics, primarily using materials such as steel, steel pipes, and lamp posts, all featuring hot dip galvanization to ensure long-lasting performance.

3. The electric lifting system is comprised of a robust motor, a winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. Inside the lamp post, the lifting mechanism operates at a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring efficient maintenance and operation.

4. The guiding and unloading system features a guide wheel and guide arm, ensuring the lamp plate remains stable and does not move transversely during the lifting process. When the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it automatically drops and locks securely in place via a hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 to 24 lamps, each ranging from 400W to 1000W, utilizing metal halide (white light) for optimal illumination. A computer time controller allows for automated switching, offering options for partial or full illumination as needed.

6. The lightning protection system incorporates a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the top of the mast,

while the underground foundation includes a 1-meter-long grounding wire, welded securely to the underground bolt for enhanced safety and stability.

Our high-pole lamps are meticulously categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting main poles, typically exceeding 18 meters in height, ensure effortless electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray ascends to its operational position, it seamlessly detaches, hangs securely in the groove, and allows for easy wire rope removal.
The lifting-type high-pole lamp is engineered with dual lifting control modes - manual and electric - facilitating the lamp tray's safe and reliable descent to a convenient 2.5 meters above the ground for maintenance.
The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling the operator to remotely manage the lamp panel's lifting from a distance of 5 meters, ensuring utmost personal safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp comes equipped with an auxiliary cable. When the lamp tray lowers to an optimal position, one cable end connects to the electrical control system socket, while the other connects to the lamp tray's junction box. This setup allows for direct power supply to the lamp tray, facilitating thorough inspections and maintenance.
Ensuring top-notch durability, all lamps and lanterns of the lift-type high-pole lamp adhere to the IP65 international standard, providing robust protection against dust and rain. Constructed from premium aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these materials boast exceptional corrosion resistance, significantly extending bulb lifespan.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
