Product Description

High Mast Light Configuration:

1. The structure typically features a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates. These plates are precision-cut, bent, and automatically welded. Standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with the design capable of withstanding wind speeds up to 60 meters per second.

2. Functionally and aesthetically, the framework is primarily composed of steel and steel pipe. The lamp post and lamp plate are hot-dip galvanized for added durability.

3. The electric lifting system includes an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables. The lift speed within the lamp post ranges from 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system features a guide wheel and guide arm to ensure the lamp plate remains stable during lifting. During the lifting process, when the lamp plate reaches its position, it automatically drops and locks securely via a hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps with power options of 400W or 1000W. It accommodates metal halide (white light) lamps for both light and floodlight. A computerized time controller manages automatic switching, partial lighting, or full illumination settings.

6. The lightning protection system is equipped with a 1.5-meter lightning rod at the top of the lamp.

The underground foundation includes a 1-meter grounding wire, which is welded to the underground bolt for added safety and stability.

Classification of high pole lamps
High pole lamps generally come in two distinctive classifications: lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting main poles typically exceed 18 meters in height and offer the convenience of electric lifting operation. Once the lamp tray ascends to its operational position, it can automatically disengage and hang securely, allowing the wire rope to be easily detached.
The lifting type high-pole lamp boasts dual control options—manual and electric—for versatile operation. This flexibility ensures the lamp tray can be elevated or lowered with seamless efficiency.
For maintenance ease, the lifting high-pole lamp can be safely and reliably lowered to a mere 2.5 meters above ground level. The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead-out wire, allowing the operator to control the lamp panel's elevation from a safe distance of 5 meters, thereby guaranteeing personal safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp comes equipped with an auxiliary cable. Once the lamp tray is properly lowered, the cable connects the electrical control system to the junction box on the tray, enabling direct power supply for maintenance and repairs.
All lamps and lanterns in the lift-type high-pole lamp system adhere to the IP65 international standard, offering superior protection against dust and rain, thereby extending bulb life. Constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these lamps provide excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
