The premium configuration of our high mast light:
1. The design boasts dodecagon or octagonal conical poles, precision-engineered from high-strength steel plates through cutting, bending,and automatic welding. Typically, the heights range from 25m to 35m, featuring maximum wind resistance up to 60 meters per second.

2. Functionally robust yet aesthetically pleasing, the structure predominantly uses steel, including steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates, all hot-dip galvanized.

3. The electric lifting system is composed of a motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables, ensuring seamless operation.Inside the lamp post, the lifting mechanism operates at a smooth speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system features a guide wheel and guide arm, ensuring the lamp plate remains stable and does not sway laterallyduring the lifting process. Once the lamp plate reaches its position, it automatically locks into place with a secure hook mechanism..

5. The lighting electrical system includes an array of 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400W to 1000W, with options for metal halide (white light), spotlights, and floodlights.Smart automation through a computer time controller allows for precise control of lighting schedules, with options for partial or full illumination.

6. The advanced lightning protection system features a 1.5-meter long lightning rod at the top,

while the underground foundation is fortified with a 1-meter long grounding wire welded securely to the underground bolt.

Sophisticated Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are generally categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. For lifting models, the main pole height exceeds 18 meters, facilitating convenient electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray ascends to its working position, it automatically detaches, hooks into the slot, and the wire rope can be effortlessly unloaded.
The lifting high-pole lamp boasts dual lifting control modes, both manual and electric, allowing the lamp tray to be
safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above ground, making maintenance a breeze. The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead-out wire, permitting operators to remotely manage the lamp panel's elevation from a safe 5-meter distance, ensuring their safety.
Additionally, the lift-type high-pole lamp comes with a spare cable. When the lamp tray descends to an appropriate position, one end of the cable plugs into the electrical control system socket, while the other connects to the junction box on the lamp tray, enabling direct power supply for easy lamp and lantern maintenance.
The sealing grade for all lift-type high-pole lamp components meets the IP65 international standard, guaranteeing protection against dust and rain, thus extending the bulb's lifespan. The lamp structures typically use aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel materials renowned for their superior corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
