1. Our high mast poles typically feature a sophisticated dodecagon or octagonal conical shape. Crafted from high-strength steel plates, they undergo precise cutting and expert bending,followed by state-of-the-art automatic welding. Standard heights include 25m, 30m, and 35m, with maximum wind resistance engineered to withstand up to 60 meters per second.
2. The framework is not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing, predominantly made of steel. Components such as steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates are all hot-dip galvanized for superior durability.
3. Our electric lifting system is a marvel of engineering, comprising an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.The internal mechanism ensures a smooth lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guiding and unloading system includes a precision-engineered guide wheel and guide arm to prevent any transverse movement of the lamp plate during lifting..Once in position, the lamp plate is designed to automatically drop and lock securely via a hook mechanism.
5. Our cutting-edge lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400 W and 1000 W configurations, providing both metal halide (white light) and floodlight options.A sophisticated computer time controller manages automatic switching, enabling both partial and full illumination.

Classification of High Pole Lamps:
High pole lamps are classified into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting poles generally exceed 18m in height and offer convenient electric lifting operations. Once raised, the lamp tray automatically detaches and hangs securely, allowing the wire rope to be unloaded.
Equipped with both manual and electric lifting control modes, the lifting-type high-pole lamps ensure hassle-free maintenance. The lamp tray can be safely lowered to 2.5 meters above ground.
The manual remote control device features a 10m lead-out wire, enabling the operator to control the lift from a safe 5m distance.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp includes a spare cable. When lowered to a serviceable height, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket, while the other attaches to the junction box on the lamp tray, ensuring uninterrupted power supply for maintenance.
All our lift-type high-pole lamps boast an IP65 international standard sealing grade, ensuring protection against dust and rain. Crafted from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, they offer excellent corrosion resistance and longevity.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided. |
