1. The design typically features a robust dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, expertly crafted from high-strength steel plate through precision cutting and bending.These poles undergo automatic welding, with standard heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, and are engineered to withstand wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.

2. Functionality meets aesthetics with our use of premium materials, predominantly steel. Components such as steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates are all hot-dip galvanized for enhanced durability.

3. Our electric lifting system features a powerful electric motor, a reliable winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Inside the lamp post, an efficient mechanism allows for a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system, comprising a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures that the lamp plate remains stable and does not shift sideways.during the lifting process. Once the lamp plate is in position, it automatically locks into place via an advanced hook system.

5. Our lighting electrical system supports between 6 to 24 lamps ranging from 400W to 1000W, including metal halide (white light), spotlights, and floodlights.A computerized time controller enables automated management of the switching times, offering options for partial or full illumination.

6. Our lightning protection system ensures safety with a 1.5-meter long lightning rod mounted at the lamp top,

and it’s complemented by a 1-meter long grounding wire integrated into the underground foundation, securely welded to the underground bolt.

Classification of High Pole Lamps:
High pole lamps are generally categorized into lifting type and non-lifting type. The lifting main pole usually exceeds 18 meters in height, ensuring an effortless electric lifting operation. Once the lamp tray reaches the working position, it can automatically detach, securely hang in the ditch, and seamlessly unload the wire rope.
The lifting type high-pole lamp offers dual lifting control modes—manual and electric. This versatility allows for the lamp tray to be safely and reliably lowered to a convenient height of 2.5 meters above the ground, facilitating easy maintenance.
The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling the operator to remotely control the lamp panel's lift from a safe distance of 5 meters, thereby ensuring personal safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray descends to the appropriate position, the cable connects the electrical control system socket to the lamp tray's junction box, allowing direct power supply and enabling straightforward maintenance of lamps and lanterns.
All lift-type high-pole lamps boast an IP65 international standard sealing grade, effectively preventing dust and rain penetration, thus extending the bulb's service life. The lamps and lanterns are crafted from high-quality aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance and longevity.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
