Configuration of High Mast Light:
1. Our high mast lights feature a robust design with dodecagon or octagonal conical poles, crafted from high-strength steel plates. These plates undergo precise cutting, bending,and automated welding. Standard heights available are 25m, 30m, and 35m. They are engineered to withstand wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.
2. Incorporating both functionality and aesthetics, our lamp posts are primarily made of steel, steel pipes, and decorative materials. All components – lamp posts, and lamp plates – are hot-dip galvanized for enhanced durability.
3. The electric lifting system includes a powerful motor, a winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables,allowing a smooth lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute within the lamp post.
4. Our guiding and unloading system, comprising guide wheels and guide arms, ensures stable and lateral movement-free lifting of the lamp plate.When the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it automatically locks in place with a secure hook mechanism.
5. The lighting electrical system is versatile, supporting 6 to 24 lamps ranging from 400W to 1000W. Options include metal halide (white light), spotlights, and floodlights.A state-of-the-art computer time controller allows automatic switching, partial lighting, or full illumination for optimal energy efficiency.
6. For comprehensive protection, the lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter long lightning rod at the lamp top,
with the underground foundation featuring a 1-meter grounding wire welded to the underground bolt for secure grounding.

Classification of High Pole Lamps:
High pole lamps are categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. Lifting main poles typically exceed 18m in height and offer convenient electric lifting operations. Once elevated, the lamp tray secures in the working position, detaches, and the wire rope disengages.
The lifting type comes with both manual and electric control options. This allows the lamp tray
to be safely lowered to 2.5 meters above ground for easy maintenance. The manual remote control’s 10m lead-out wire enables the operator to lift the lamp panel remotely,
to ensure safety. A spare cable is provided for direct power supply to the lamp tray during maintenance. Simply connect the cable to the electrical control system and the junction box on the lamp tray.
All lift-type high-pole lamps are IP65 rated, ensuring protection against dust and rain, thereby prolonging the lifespan of the bulbs. The lamps and lanterns are constructed from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, which offer excellent corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided. |
