Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are generally categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. Lifting variants, with their main poles extending beyond 18m, offer effortless electric lifting operations. Once elevated to the optimal working position, the lamp tray can autonomously detach, securely hang in place, and allow the wire rope to be released.
The lifting-type high-pole lamp grants dual lifting controls, both manual and electric, ensuring the lamp tray
is safely lowered to approximately 2.5 meters above the ground, facilitating maintenance. Its manual remote control device is equipped with a 10m lead-out wire, enabling the operator to remotely maneuver the lamp panel from 5m away, safeguarding personal safety.
All lift-type high-pole lamps come with an additional spare cable. When lowered, one cable end is plugged into the electrical control system socket, and the other into the junction box on the lamp tray, allowing direct power supply for ongoing maintenance of lamps and lanterns.
The sealing grade for all lamps and lanterns on the lift-type high-pole lamp adheres to the IP65 international standard, effectively preventing dust and rain infiltration, thereby extending bulb longevity. Lamp and lantern materials are commonly aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, renowned for their superior corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
