1. Our high mast lights boast an elegant design with dodecagon or octagonal conical poles, crafted from high-strength steel plates that are expertly cut and bent.These poles undergo automatic welding, reaching impressive heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a robust wind resistance design accommodating speeds up to 60 meters per second.
2. Within the functional framework, decorative elements primarily utilize steel. The steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate are all treated with hot dip galvanizing for durability and aesthetic appeal.
3. The electric lifting system is a sophisticated assembly featuring an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes, complemented by cables.Inside the lamp post, a lifting mechanism achieves a smooth elevation at speeds ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. Our guiding and unloading system, comprising a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures the lamp plate remains stable without transverse movement during lifting..Once the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it automatically descends and locks securely in place via a hook mechanism.

The lighting electrical system is designed to accommodate a range of 6 to 24 lamps, offering powerful illumination with 400W or 1000W metal halide lamps for both direct light and floodlighting.An advanced computer time controller allows automatic management of switching times, providing options for partial or full illumination to suit varying needs.
6. For lightning protection, the lamp's top is fitted with a 1.5-meter long lightning rod.
Additionally, the underground foundation is equipped with a 1.1-meter long grounding wire, which is securely welded with the underground bolt to ensure safety.

Classification of high pole lamps
Our high pole lamps are available in two types: lifting and non-lifting. The lifting poles stand at impressive heights exceeding 18m, with an effortless electric lifting operation. Once the lamp tray reaches its working position, it can be automatically detached, securely hung, and the wire rope can be smoothly disengaged.
The lifting type high-pole lamp is equipped with dual lifting control options: manual and electric, ensuring that the lamp tray can be safely and reliably lowered to a comfortable 2.5 meters above the ground for easy maintenance.
The manual remote control device's lead-out wire extends to 10m, allowing operators to remotely manage the lamp panel lifting from a safe distance of 5m, enhancing operator safety.
Every lift-type high-pole lamp includes a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to an optimal position, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system's socket while the other end inserts into the junction box on the lamp tray, enabling direct power supply for maintenance of lamps and lanterns.
All lamps and lanterns in the lift-type high-pole lamps conform to the IP65 international standard for sealing, preventing dust and rain ingress and extending bulb longevity. Constructed from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, they offer superior corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
