Classification of high pole lamps
High pole lamps are generally classified into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting type boasts heights exceeding 18m and is designed for effortless electric operation. Once the lamp tray ascends to its working position, it automatically detaches, hangs securely in place, and the wire rope is neatly retracted.
The lifting type high-pole lamp offers dual control modes, manual and electric, facilitating the safe and reliable lowering of the lamp tray
to a convenient 2.5 meters above the ground, simplifying maintenance tasks. The manual remote control device features a 10m lead-out wire, allowing operators to manage the lamp panel's elevation from a safe 5m distance, ensuring user safety at all times.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a spare cable, ensuring continuity. Once the lamp tray is lowered to an appropriate height, one cable end is connected to the electrical control system, while the other end links to the lamp tray's junction box, providing direct power for maintenance and repair.
The sealing grade of these lamps and lanterns adheres to the IP65 international standard, effectively safeguarding against dust and rain exposure and thus extending the bulb's service life. Crafted from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these materials offer exceptional corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
