1. Elegantly crafted in dodecagon or octagonal conical poles, our high mast lights are engineered from cutting-edge high-strength steel plates.Expertly cut, bent, and seamlessly welded, they stand tall at heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, designed to withstand winds of up to 60 meters per second.

2. Function meets style with decorative materials primarily composed of steel. The steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates are meticulously hot-dip galvanized.

3. The electric lifting system features a powerful motor, a robust winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and essential cables.Inside the lamp post, a sophisticated mechanism ensures a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system, incorporating precision guide wheels and arms, ensures the lamp plate remains stable and does not shift during elevation.Once the lamp plate reaches its designated height, it securely locks into place with an automatic hook system.

5. Our lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400W to 1000W, featuring metal halide (white light), spotlights, and floodlights.An advanced computer time controller allows for precise management of switching times, whether for partial lighting or full illumination.

6. The lightning protection system is fortified with a 1.5-meter long lightning rod atop the lamp.

Classification of high pole lamps
Our high pole lamps are classified into two types: lifting and non-lifting. The lifting main poles typically exceed 18 meters in height and feature an electric lifting mechanism for effortless operation. Once the lamp tray reaches its working height, it automatically detaches, secures itself in the designated groove, and releases the wire rope.
The lifting high-pole lamp offers dual control modes: manual and electric, ensuring seamless operation of the lamp tray.
For easy maintenance, the lamp tray can be safely and reliably lowered to a convenient height of 2.5 meters above ground level. Featuring a manual remote control device with a 10-meter lead-out wire, the operator can manage the lifting of the lamp panel from a safe distance of 5 meters, ensuring utmost personal safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a backup cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to an appropriate position, one end of this spare cable connects to the electrical control system socket, and the other end plugs into the junction box on the lamp tray, allowing direct power supply for easy maintenance and overhaul of the lamps and lanterns.
All lift-type high-pole lamps boast an international IP65 sealing grade, effectively preventing dust and rain from compromising the system and extending the bulb's service life. Constructed from high-quality materials like aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these lamps offer superior corrosion resistance and durability.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
