Product Description

The configuration of the high mast light:
1. The shape is usually a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates which are cut, bent,and automatically welded. The general height ranges are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a maximum wind resistance design capable of withstanding up to 60 meters per second.

2. In the functional framework, decorative materials, primarily steel, are incorporated. Components such as steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates undergo hot-dip galvanizing.

3. The electric lifting system comprises an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables.Inside the lamp post, the lifting speed is set between 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system includes a guide wheel and guide arm to ensure that the lamp plate remains stable and does not move transversely.during the lifting process. Once the lamp plate is in position, it will automatically descend and lock into place with the hook.

5. The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 to 24 lamps, with options of 400W or 1000W, featuring metal halide (white light), spotlighting, and floodlighting.The computer time controller allows for automatic management of the switching times, enabling either partial lighting or full illumination.

6. The lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter long lightning rod installed at the top of the lamp,

and an underground foundation fitted with a 1-meter long grounding wire, seamlessly welded to the underground bolt.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are generally categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. Lifting poles typically exceed 18m in height and are equipped with an electric lifting mechanism for seamless operation. Once the lamp tray reaches its operational height, it automatically detaches, securing itself in place and allowing the wire rope to be safely withdrawn.
The lifting high-pole lamp features both manual and electric control options for raising and lowering the lamp tray, ensuring maximum versatility and efficiency.
For convenient maintenance, the lamp tray can be safely lowered to 2.5 meters above ground level. The manual remote control device comes with a 10m lead wire, enabling operators to remotely manage the lifting process from a safe distance of 5m, ensuring their safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to a suitable height, one end of this cable connects to the electrical control system's socket and the other end to the lamp tray's junction box. This setup allows direct power supply to the lamp tray, facilitating easy maintenance and repairs.
All lamps and lanterns of the lift-type high-pole lamp adhere to the IP65 international sealing standard, ensuring protection against dust and rain, and significantly extending bulb lifespan. The fixtures are typically made from corrosion-resistant materials such as aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, guaranteeing durability and longevity.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
