The plates undergo precision cutting, bending,and automatic welding, resulting in a structure with general heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m. They are engineered to withstand wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second, ensuring unparalleled durability and stability.
2. The functional framework is as robust as it is decorative, primarily utilizing steel. Each component, from the steel pipe and lamp post to the lamp plate, is hot-dip galvanized for superior corrosion resistance.
3. The electric lifting system includes an electric motor, a winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Inside the lamp post, a mechanism ensures a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, facilitating efficient maintenance and adjustments.
4. The guiding and unloading system, composed of a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures the lamp plate remains stable and does not sway sideways.during the lifting process. Once the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it automatically secures itself with a hook for added safety.
5. The lighting electrical system can accommodate 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400 W or 1000 W metal halide (white light), spotlights, and floodlights.An advanced computer time controller allows for precise control over lighting schedules, enabling automatic switching, partial lighting, or full illumination as needed.
6. The lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod mounted at the top of the lamp,

High pole lamps are categorized into two primary types: lifting and non-lifting. Lifting high poles generally exceed 18 meters in height and feature an electric lifting mechanism for effortless operation. Once the lamp tray ascends to its operational height, it automatically detaches, securing itself in place while the wire rope is disengaged.
The lifting type high-pole lamp offers dual control modes: manual and electric. This ensures that the lamp tray can be seamlessly raised or lowered, enhancing operational flexibility.
Safety and reliability are paramount, allowing the lamp tray to be lowered to a convenient height of 2.5 meters for hassle-free maintenance. The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead wire, enabling the operator to control the lamp panel from a safe 5-meter distance, ensuring utmost safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp comes equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to the appropriate position, the cable connects the electrical control system to the junction box on the lamp tray, providing direct power for maintenance operations.
All lift-type high-pole lamps boast IP65 international standard sealing to prevent dust and rain infiltration, thereby extending the bulb's service life.
