Product Description

The configuration of high mast light:
1. The shape is typically dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates through precise cutting, bending,and automatic welding. They generally stand at heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, engineered to endure wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.

2. In the functional framework, decorative materials, primarily steel, are used. Components like steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates undergo hot-dip galvanization.

3. The electric lifting system comprises an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables.Inside the lamp post, the lifting mechanism operates at a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system features guide wheels and guide arms to prevent lateral movement of the lamp plate.during lifting. Once in position, the lamp plate automatically locks into place with a hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400 W to 1000 W. Options include metal halide (white light), spotlights, and floodlights.A computer time controller can automate the switching schedule, allowing for partial or full illumination as needed.

6. The lightning protection system features a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the top of the lamp.

The underground foundation is equipped with 1-meter-long grounding wires, welded securely to the underground bolts.

Classification of high pole lamps
High pole lamps are typically categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting main pole generally stands over 18 meters tall, offering easy electric lifting operation. Once the lamp tray ascends to its working position, it can automatically detach and hang securely in the groove, allowing the wire rope to be released effortlessly.
The lifting type high-pole lamp features two control methods: manual and electric. This ensures that the lamp tray can be easily and efficiently raised and lowered.
For maintenance convenience, the lamp tray can be safely lowered to 2.5 meters above ground. The remote control device has a 10-meter-long lead-out wire, enabling the operator to control the lifting from a safe distance of 5 meters, ensuring their safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to a suitable position, the cable connects the electrical control system to the junction box on the tray, allowing direct electricity supply for easy maintenance of lamps and lanterns.
All lift-type high-pole lamps boast an IP65 international standard sealing grade, preventing dust and rain infiltration, thus enhancing bulb lifespan. The lamps and lanterns are crafted from high-quality aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
