Product Description

The Configuration of High Mast Light:
1. The shape typically features a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plate through precise cutting and bending.Our automatic welding ensures a robust construction, with general heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m. The maximum wind resistance is meticulously designed to withstand up to 60 meters per second.

2. In addition to its functional framework, decorative materials mainly consist of steel. The steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate undergo hot-dip galvanizing for enhanced durability.

3. The electric lifting system comprises an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Inside the lamp post, the lifting speed is efficiently regulated at 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system includes a guide wheel and guide arm, ensuring the lamp plate remains stable and doesn't move transverselyduring the lifting process. Upon reaching its position, the lamp plate automatically drops and locks securely with the hook.

5. Our lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, with options including 400W and 1000W metal halide (white light), light, and floodlight.A sophisticated computer time controller automatically manages the switching times, whether for partial or full illumination.

6. The lightning protection system features a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod on the lamp top,

with grounding wires 1 meter long in the underground foundation, securely welded to the underground bolt.

Classification of High Pole Lamps:
They can generally be divided into lifting types and non-lifting types. Lifting main poles are typically over 18m high, offering convenient electric lifting. Once raised, the lamp tray detaches, hangs securely, and the wire rope is released.
The lifting type high-pole lamp features dual lifting control modes: manual and electric, allowing the tray to be safely lowered to 2.5 meters above ground for easy maintenance.
Equipped with a 10m manual remote control lead-out wire, the operator can control the lifting of the lamp panel from a safe distance of 5m, ensuring personal safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp includes a spare cable. When lowered to a proper position, the cable connects from the electrical control system to the junction box on the lamp tray, allowing direct electricity supply for maintenance.
All lamps and lanterns of the lift-type high-pole lamp meet the IP65 international standard for sealing, preventing dust and rain entry, thereby extending bulb life. Constructed from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these materials offer excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
