The configuration of our high mast light is an engineering marvel designed to illuminate large outdoor spaces efficiently and effectively.
1. Our high mast lights feature a sophisticated design with dodecagon or octagonal conical poles, crafted from high-strength steel plates that are meticulously cut and bent.These are seamlessly welded for optimal durability, and the towers generally stand tall at 25m, 30m, and 35m, engineered to withstand maximum wind speeds of up to 60 meters/second.
2. Incorporating both functionality and aesthetics, our framework features main components made from steel, with every steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate treated with hot dip galvanizing for superior protection.
3. The advanced electric lifting system includes a robust electric motor, a winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes, along with cables.Inside the lamp post, this system ensures a smooth lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, offering reliability and efficiency.

Our guiding and unloading system, crafted with precision using guide wheels and guide arms, guarantees stability by preventing any lateral movement of the lamp plate during the lifting process..Once the lamp plate reaches its designated height, it is engineered to automatically secure itself in place, ensuring precision and safety with the assistance of a locking hook.

Our sophisticated lighting electrical system can accommodate between 6 to 24 lamps, offering options of 400W or 1000W metal halide bulbs, providing both white light and floodlight options.A state-of-the-art computer time controller is integrated to automate the switching process, allowing for part or full illumination to optimize energy use and performance.
6. To enhance safety, the lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter lightning rod at the top of the lamp,
complemented by 1 meter long grounding wires embedded in the underground foundation, expertly welded with the foundation bolts to ensure maximum protection.

Classification of high pole lamps
Our high pole lamps are generally categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting models are typically over 18m high, offering the convenience of electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray reaches its operational height, it detaches automatically and secures in place efficiently.
Equipped with dual lifting controls—manual and electric—our lifting-type high-pole lamps allow the tray
to be lowered safely to 2.5 meters above ground for straightforward maintenance. With a 10-meter long remote control lead-out wire, operators can maintain a safe 5-meter distance while controlling the lift, ensuring their safety.
Every lift-type high-pole lamp comes with a backup cable. When lowered, the cable easily connects to both the electrical control system and the lamp tray's junction box for seamless power supply and straightforward maintenance of the lighting units.
Ensuring quality, all lamps and lanterns are rated at IP65, providing protection from dust and rain, thus extending bulb life. Crafted from materials like aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these components are built for excellent corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
