Hot Dip Galvanized Steel Street Light Pole
♦ The light pole is engineered to withstand seismic activities up to 7 degrees, wind speeds up to level 11, and features a B-level anti-seismic intensity.
♦ Crafted according to stringent design requirements, the light pole material is premium low-carbon steel Q235 with a silicon content not exceeding 0.04%. It is bent using advanced bending machinery ensuring a straightness error of no more than 0.05%.
♦ Manufacturing Technology: The light pole boasts an integrated design with smooth lines, treated with both internal and external hot-dip galvanizing. The galvanizing process includes acid washing, hot galvanizing, washing, and passivation. Complies with the national standard GB/T13912-92. Zinc plating adhesion meets the standard GB2694-88 requirements, ensuring an anticorrosion life exceeding 30 years.
