The configuration of high mast light:
1. The shape usually includes dodecagon or octagonal conical poles, crafted from high-strength steel plates that undergo precision cutting and bending,followed by automatic welding. The standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a robust wind resistance design capable of withstanding speeds up to 60 meters per second.

2. For the functional framework, decorative materials primarily include steel, steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates, all of which are hot-dip galvanized.

3. The electric lifting system features an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Inside the lamp post, a mechanism ensures a smooth lifting speed, ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system, comprised of a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures the lamp plate remains stable and does not sway transversely.During the lifting process. Once the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it is automatically dropped and securely locked by the hook.

5. The lighting electrical system can be equipped with 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400W to 1000W. Options include metal halide (white light), spotlights, and floodlights.A computer time controller allows for the automatic control of switching times, enabling partial or full illumination based on requirements.

6. The lightning protection system is outfitted with a 1.5-meter long lightning rod at the lamp top,

while the underground foundation features a 1-meter long grounding wire, securely welded with the underground bolt.

Sophisticated Classification of High Pole Lamps
Our high pole lamps are primarily categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting models boast a main pole height exceeding 18 meters, ensuring effortless electric lifting operations. Once elevated to the optimal working height, the lamp tray seamlessly detaches, securing itself in the designated groove, while the wire rope is effortlessly disengaged.
Designed with dual lifting control options—manual and electric—the lifting type high-pole lamp allows the lamp tray
to be securely and reliably lowered to a convenient 2.5 meters above ground level, simplifying maintenance tasks. The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling operators to manage the lamp panel's elevation from a safe 5-meter distance, thus ensuring their safety.
Moreover, every lift-type high-pole lamp includes a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to the appropriate level, one end of this cable connects to the electrical control system socket, while the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray, facilitating direct power supply and straightforward maintenance for the lamps and lanterns.
The lift-type high-pole lamp's lamps and lanterns boast an IP65 international standard sealing grade, effectively preventing dust and rain penetration, thereby extending bulb lifespan. Constructed from high-quality materials such as aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, our lamps and lanterns offer exceptional corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
