Product Description

The configuration of high mast light:

1. The structure of our high mast light typically features dodecagon or octagonal conical poles. Crafted from high-strength steel plates, they are precision cut, bent, and automatically welded. They are available in heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, designed to withstand wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.

2. Functionally designed yet aesthetically pleasing, the framework utilizes primarily steel, steel pipes, and lamp posts. All components, including the lamp plate, are hot-dip galvanized for durability.

3. The electric lifting system includes an electric motor, a winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. This system allows for a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring efficient operation.

4. The guiding and unloading system, composed of a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures the lamp plate remains stable with no transverse movement during the lifting process. When the lamp plate reaches its position, it is automatically secured and locked into place by the hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps of 400W or 1000W, in metal halide (white light), light, and floodlight configurations. A computer time controller manages automatic switching, allowing for either partial or full illumination based on your needs.

6. The lightning protection system features a 1.5-meter long lightning rod at the lamp top.

The underground foundation is equipped with several 1-meter long grounding wires, welded securely to the underground bolt for maximum safety.

Classification of High Mast Lamps
High mast lamps can generally be categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting type typically features a main pole height exceeding 18 meters, providing convenience with electric lifting operations. Once elevated to the working position, the lamp tray automatically detaches and hangs securely, allowing the wire rope to be unloaded effortlessly.
The lifting high mast lamps are equipped with dual control modes—manual and electric—ensuring versatile and user-friendly operation. This allows the lamp tray to be safely and reliably lowered to a height of 2.5 meters above the ground, simplifying maintenance tasks.
To ensure operator safety, the manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead-out wire, allowing the operator to control the lamp panel's lifting mechanism from a safe distance of up to 5 meters.
Each lift-type high mast lamp includes a backup cable. When the lamp tray descends to an appropriate position, one end of this cable is inserted into the electrical control system's socket, while the other end is connected to the junction box on the lamp tray, enabling direct power supply for maintenance of the lamps and fixtures.
The sealing grade of all lift-type high mast lamps adheres to the IP65 international standard, effectively preventing dust and rain ingress, thereby extending the bulb's service life. The fixtures are crafted from premium materials like aluminum alloy and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
