Standard pole heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, engineered to withstand wind forces reaching up to 60 meters per second.
2. While functioning as a robust framework, these structures also add aesthetic appeal, predominantly utilizing steel and steel pipes. Lamp posts and plates undergo hot dip galvanization for enhanced durability.
3. The electric lifting system features a powerful motor and winch mechanism, complemented by three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Seamlessly integrated inside the lamp post, this system enables a smooth lifting speed ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guiding and unloading components, consisting of a guide wheel and guide arm, ensure the lamp plate remains steady without transverse movement.during the lifting operation. Once in position, the lamp plate is automatically secured and locked by a hook system.

Classification of high pole lamps:
Generally, high pole lamps are categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. Lifting poles usually exceed 18m in height, with user-friendly electric lifting operations. Once elevated to the desired working position, the lamp tray seamlessly detaches, securing itself in place, while the wire rope is safely released.
The lift-type high-pole lamps are designed with dual control modes, manual and electric, allowing the lamp tray
to be reliably lowered to just 2.5 meters above ground, facilitating easy maintenance. The manual remote control device extends a 10m lead, enabling the operator to manage the lamp panel's elevation from a safe 5m distance, ensuring personal safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp features a backup cable. When lowered to an optimal level, one cable end connects to the electrical control system socket, while the other links to the lamp tray's junction box, ensuring direct power supply for lamp maintenance.
All lamps and lanterns in the lift-type high-pole category boast an IP65 international sealing standard, protecting against dust and rain, thus extending bulb service life. These fixtures are crafted from high-quality aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, offering exceptional corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
