Product Description

The configuration of high mast light:

1. The shape is typically a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, meticulously crafted from high-strength steel plates through cutting, bending, and automatic welding. Standing tall at general heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, these poles are designed to withstand wind speeds of up to 60 meters/second.

2. In the functional framework, we seamlessly blend functionality with aesthetics using materials like steel, steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate, all hot-dip galvanized for superior durability and corrosion resistance.

3. The electric lifting system is an engineering marvel, featuring an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. The system is installed inside the lamp post, offering a smooth lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system, composed of guide wheels and guide arms, ensures the lamp plate remains stable and does not sway transversely during the lifting process. During lifting, the lamp plate is automatically locked into place by hooks, ensuring secure positioning.

5. The lighting electrical system is highly versatile, accommodating 6 to 24 lamps ranging from 400W to 1000W. These can be metal halide (white light) or floodlights, with a computer time controller to automatically manage the switching time, enabling partial or full illumination as needed.

6. The lightning protection system is robust, featuring a 1.5-meter long lightning rod at the top,

and an underground foundation equipped with a 1-meter grounding wire, securely welded with the underground bolt.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are typically categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting type features a main pole height of over 18 meters, providing the convenience of electric lifting. Once the lamp tray ascends to its designated working position, it automatically detaches, securely hooks into place, and disengages the wire rope for enhanced stability.
Our lifting-type high-pole lamp offers dual control modes: manual and electric. This design ensures that the lamp tray
can be safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above the ground, simplifying maintenance tasks. The manual remote control device comes with a 10-meter lead-out wire, allowing the operator to manage the lamp panel from a safe distance of 5 meters, thus ensuring the operator's personal safety.
Each lifting-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a backup cable. When lowering the lamp tray, one end of the cable plugs into the electrical control system socket, while the other connects to the junction box on the lamp tray. This setup allows for direct electrical supply and facilitates easy maintenance and inspection of the lamps and lanterns.
All lamps and lanterns of the lifting-type high-pole lamp adhere to the IP65 international sealing standard, effectively preventing dust and rain intrusion, thereby extending the service life of the bulbs. Constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these materials boast excellent corrosion resistance for durable, long-lasting performance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
