The Superior Configuration of Our High Mast Light:
1. The shape typically features a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, meticulously crafted from high-strength steel plates through precision cutting, bending,and automatic welding. Standard heights include 25m, 30m, and 35m, with an exceptional wind resistance design capable of withstanding speeds up to 60 meters per second.

2. Functional yet decorative, the framework primarily uses high-quality steel, steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate, all protected by hot-dip galvanizing.

3. The electric lifting system features an efficient electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire rope and cable.Inside the lamp post, the lifting mechanism operates at a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring smooth and reliable movement.

4. The guiding and unloading system, composed of a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures that the lamp plate remains stable during the lifting process,.and once in place, the lamp plate is automatically secured and locked by a reliable hook mechanism.

5. Our lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, with options including 400 W and 1000 W metal halide (white light), spotlight, and floodlight combinations.An advanced computer time controller automates the switching time, offering part-time lighting or full illumination as required,

Classification of High-Pole Lamps
High-pole lamps are generally classified into two types: lifting and non-lifting. Lifting high-pole lamps typically feature a main pole height of more than 18 meters, allowing for easy electric lifting. Once the lamp tray is raised to its optimal working position, it securely detaches, hangs in place, and the wire rope can be seamlessly unloaded.
The lifting-type high-pole lamp is equipped with both manual and electric lifting control modes, ensuring the lamp tray can be elevated or lowered effortlessly.
For maintenance, the lamp tray can be safely and reliably lowered to a convenient height of 2.5 meters above the ground. The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead-out wire, allowing the operator to control the lifting mechanism from a safe distance of 5 meters, thereby ensuring their personal safety.
Furthermore, the lift-type high-pole lamp includes a spare cable for added convenience. When the lamp tray is lowered, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket and the other to the junction box on the lamp tray, enabling direct power supply for maintenance and overhaul of the lamps.
All lamps and lanterns in the lift-type high-pole lamp meet the IP65 international standard for sealing, effectively preventing dust and rain ingress, thereby extending bulb life. The lamp components are typically constructed from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
