Product Description

The configuration of the high mast light:
1. The shape is typically a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plate after precise cutting and bending, followed by automatic welding. The standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a maximum wind resistance design up to 60 meters per second.

2. In the functional framework, decorative materials primarily include steel, steel pipe, and lamp posts, all of which are hot-dip galvanized.

3. The electric lifting system consists of an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables.Inside the lamp post, the lifting speed is set to 3 to 5 meters per minute for efficient operation.

4. The guiding and unloading system features a guide wheel and guide arm to ensure the lamp plate remains stable during lifting.When the lamp plate is in place, it automatically drops and locks securely with the hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400W to 1000W, including metal halide (white light), spotlights, and floodlights.A computer time controller can automatically manage the switching times, allowing for partial or full illumination as needed.

6. The lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the top of the lamp,

and the underground foundation is equipped with 1-meter-long grounding wires, welded securely to the underground bolt.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps can be categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting type generally features poles that exceed 18 meters in height, offering the convenience of electric lifting operations. Once elevated to the working position, the lamp tray can automatically detach, secure itself, and allow the unloading of the wire rope.
The lifting type high-pole lamp comes with dual lifting control modes: manual and electric. This versatile system ensures the lamp tray can be safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above ground level, simplifying maintenance procedures.
The manual remote control device features a lead-out wire extending 10 meters, enabling the operator to remotely control the lifting of the lamp panel from a distance of 5 meters, thereby enhancing operator safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp includes a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to an appropriate position, one end of this cable is connected to the electrical control system socket, while the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray. This setup allows direct power supply to the lamp tray, facilitating easy maintenance of lamps and lanterns.
All lift-type high-pole lamps adhere to the IP65 international standard for sealing, effectively preventing the ingress of dust and rain and thereby extending the bulb's service life. The materials used, typically aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, are chosen for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
