Product Description

The configuration of high mast light:

1. The shapes are typically dodecagon or octagonal conical poles, crafted from high-strength steel plates through precision cutting, bending, and automatic welding. The usual heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a robust wind resistance design to withstand speeds up to 60 meters per second.

2. Functionally versatile, these systems also feature decorative elements primarily composed of steel. The steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate are all hot-dip galvanized to ensure durability.

3. The electric lifting system includes a motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. The system inside the lamp post achieves a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system, consisting of a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures the lamp plate remains stable during the lifting process.. When the lamp plate reaches its position, it automatically locks and secures with a hook, preventing any unwanted movement.

5. The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 to 24 lamps, each with wattages of 400W or 1000W. Options include metal halide (white light), spotlights, and floodlights. A computer time controller allows for automatic management of switching times and lighting modes, facilitating partial or full illumination.

6. The lightning protection system features a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod on the lamp top.

The underground foundation includes 1.1-meter-long grounding wires, securely welded to the underground bolt to ensure safety and stability.

Segmentation of High Mast Lighting Systems
Our high mast lighting systems are broadly categorized into two types: lifting and non-lifting. The lifting main pole typically stands at an impressive height of over 18 meters, ensuring ease of operation through electric lifting mechanisms. Once elevated to its operational height, the lamp tray seamlessly detaches and hooks onto the groove, facilitating the smooth release of the wire rope.
The advanced lifting type high-pole lamp features dual control mechanisms—manual and electric—granting effortless control over the lamp tray.
Our design ensures the lamp tray can be safely and reliably lowered to a convenient height of 2.5 meters above ground, simplifying maintenance tasks. The manual remote control device boasts an impressive 10-meter lead-out wire, allowing operators to manage the lifting from a safe 5-meter distance, thus ensuring optimal safety for the operator.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp comes with an additional precautionary measure—a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to a suitable height, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket, while the other end fits into the junction box on the lamp tray. This setup allows for direct power supply to the lamp tray, facilitating efficient maintenance of the lighting fixtures.
The lift-type high-pole lamp's lanterns boast an IP65 international sealing standard, effectively preventing dust and rain ingress and prolonging bulb life. The choice of materials, primarily aluminum alloy plates and corrosion-resistant stainless steel, enhances durability and longevity.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
