The electric lifting system is an engineering marvel, consisting of a robust electric motor, a reliable winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.A seamless lifting operation is guaranteed with an inside-mounted lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute within the lamp post.
4. The guiding and unloading system features a sophisticated guide wheel and guide arm to ensure stability, preventing transverse movement of the lamp plate.during elevation. When in position, the lamp plate automatically secures and locks in place with a dependable hook mechanism.

High Pole Lamps Classification
They are generally categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. Lifting poles typically exceed 18m in height and offer ease of operation. Once the lamp tray ascends to its designated position, it effortlessly detaches and secures, allowing for the unloading of the wire rope.
The lifting type is engineered with dual control options—manual and electric—to facilitate safe lowering of the lamp tray to 2.5 meters above the ground for maintenance ease.
A manual remote control device with a 10m lead wire permits remote operation from 5m away, ensuring operator safety during the lamp panel's ascent and descent.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp comes with an extra cable. When lowered, one cable end connects to the electrical control system socket, while the other end links to the junction box on the lamp tray, enabling direct power supply for maintenance of lamps and lanterns.
All lamps and lanterns are designed to IP65 international sealing standards to guard against dust and rain, prolonging the bulb's service life. Constructed from corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, ensuring longevity.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
