3. The electric lifting system includes a motor, winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes, ensuring reliability and efficiency.Inside the lamp post, a mechanism facilitates a lifting speed between 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring smooth operation.
4. A guiding and unloading system, with guide wheels and arms, ensures the lamp plate remains steady, preventing any lateral movement.During the lifting process. Once the lamp plate is in position, it automatically locks in place using a secure hook system.
5. The lighting electrical system can accommodate 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400 W to 1000 W, using metal halide lamps for both focused and flood lighting.Equipped with a computer time controller, it can automate switching times and manage partial or full illumination,

Classification of high pole lamps
High pole lamps are mainly categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting type typically exceeds 18m in height, facilitating easy operation with an electric lift. Upon reaching the desired height, the tray automatically detaches, securing itself in place.

All lamps and lanterns adhere to the IP65 international sealing standard, offering superior resistance to dust and moisture, thus extending bulb service life. The materials used, typically aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, provide excellent corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
