Product Description

The configuration of high mast light:
1. The shape usually are dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, by high strength steel plate after cutting, bending,automatic welding. The general heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a maximum wind resistance designed up to 60 meters per second.

2. In the functional framework, we focus on decorative materials, primarily steel. The lamp post, lamp plate, and steel pipe are all hot-dip galvanized.

3. The electric lifting system includes an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire rope, and cable.Inside the lamp post, a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute is maintained.

4. The guiding and unloading system, made up of a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures the lamp plate remains stable during lifting..Once in place, the lamp plate automatically drops and locks securely by the hook.

5. The lighting electrical system can be equipped with 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400W to 1000W. These can be metal halide (white light), spotlights, or floodlights.A computer time controller can automatically manage switching times, offering options for partial or full illumination.

6. The lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod on the lamp top,

and a grounding wire of 1 meter long, welded with the underground bolt, is installed in the foundation.

Classification of high pole lamps
Generally, high pole lamps can be categorized into two types: lifting and non-lifting. The lifting type typically stands taller than 18 meters, offering convenient electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray ascends to its operating position, it can automatically detach, hook into the groove, and the wire rope disengages seamlessly.
The lifting type high-pole lamp features dual lifting control modes—manual and electric—ensuring the lamp tray can be securely and effortlessly lowered to 2.5 meters above ground level, facilitating easy maintenance.
The manual remote control device includes a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling the operator to control the lamp panel lifting from a safe 5-meter distance, thereby ensuring the operator's safety.
Additionally, each lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to the appropriate position, one cable end inserts into the electrical control system socket, while the other connects to the lamp tray's junction box, allowing direct power supply for maintenance and overhaul of the lights.
The sealing grade for all lamps and lanterns of the lift-type high-pole lamp adheres to the IP65 international standard, effectively preventing dust and rain infiltration, thereby extending the bulb's service life. The lamps and lanterns are predominantly made of aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
