Illuminating Excellence: The High Mast Light Configuration:
1. The structural design often features a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates that undergo precise cutting and bending,followed by automatic welding. Typically, these poles stand at heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, engineered to withstand wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.

2. Functionality meets aesthetics with a framework that incorporates decorative materials, primarily using steel. Components such as the steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate are all hot-dip galvanized for durability.

3. The electric lifting system includes a robust electric motor, a winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, along with a cable system.Inside the lamp post, the lifting mechanism operates at speeds ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring efficient functionality.

4. The guiding and unloading system is equipped with a guide wheel and guide arm, designed to prevent lateral movement of the lamp plateduring the lifting process. Upon reaching its intended position, the lamp plate is automatically secured and locked by a hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system supports a range of 6 to 24 lamps, offering 400W to 1000W options, including metal halide (white light), spotlight, and floodlight capabilities.A computer time controller provides automated control for switching times, enabling partial or full illumination to suit various needs.

6. The lightning protection system is enhanced with a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the top,

and a 1-meter-long grounding wire installed in the underground foundation, securely welded to the underground bolt for optimal safety.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are primarily categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting main pole typically exceeds a height of 18m and features an easy-to-use electric lift mechanism. Once the lamp tray ascends to its operational height, it automatically detaches, secures itself in place, and the wire rope effortlessly disengages.
The lifting-type high-pole lamp offers dual control modes: manual and electric. This allows the lamp tray to be safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above ground level, facilitating straightforward maintenance.
For enhanced safety and convenience, the manual remote control device has a 10m lead-out wire, enabling the operator to manage the lamp panel's elevation from a safe distance of 5m.
Equipped with a spare cable, the lift-type high-pole lamp ensures seamless operation. When the lamp tray is lowered, simply connect one end of the cable to the electrical control system and the other to the junction box on the tray, enabling direct electricity supply for easy lamp and lantern maintenance.
Designed for durability and longevity, all lift-type high-pole lamps boast an IP65 international sealing grade, safeguarding against dust and rain. The fixtures are crafted from premium materials such as aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, renowned for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
