Illuminating Excellence: The High Mast Light Configuration:
1. The structural design often features a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates that undergo precise cutting and bending,followed by automatic welding. Typically, these poles stand at heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, engineered to withstand wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.
2. Functionality meets aesthetics with a framework that incorporates decorative materials, primarily using steel. Components such as the steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate are all hot-dip galvanized for durability.
3. The electric lifting system includes a robust electric motor, a winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, along with a cable system.Inside the lamp post, the lifting mechanism operates at speeds ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring efficient functionality.
4. The guiding and unloading system is equipped with a guide wheel and guide arm, designed to prevent lateral movement of the lamp plateduring the lifting process. Upon reaching its intended position, the lamp plate is automatically secured and locked by a hook mechanism.
5. The lighting electrical system supports a range of 6 to 24 lamps, offering 400W to 1000W options, including metal halide (white light), spotlight, and floodlight capabilities.A computer time controller provides automated control for switching times, enabling partial or full illumination to suit various needs.
6. The lightning protection system is enhanced with a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the top,
and a 1-meter-long grounding wire installed in the underground foundation, securely welded to the underground bolt for optimal safety.

The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
