The Configuration of High Mast Light:
1. The shape is typically dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, constructed from high-strength steel plates that are meticulously cut and bent,then automatically welded. The common heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a robust wind resistance design capable of withstanding up to 60 meters/second.

2. In the functional framework, it incorporates decorative materials mainly composed of steel. The steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate are hot-dip galvanized for enhanced durability.

3. The electric lifting system is an advanced setup comprising an electric motor, a winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables.Inside the lamp post, the lifting speed ranges from 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring efficient elevation.

4. The guiding and unloading system includes a guide wheel and guide arm to ensure stable, transverse movement-free lifting of the lamp plate..Once the lamp plate reaches the designated position, it can be automatically secured and locked by a hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system can accommodate 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400W to 1000W, with options for metal halide (white light), spotlight, and floodlight configurations.A computer time controller further enhances functionality by automating the switching times, allowing for part lighting or full illumination as required.

6. The lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter long lightning rod at the top of the lamp,

while the underground foundation features a 1-meter long grounding wire, securely welded to the underground bolt for optimal safety.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are generally classified into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting type usually features a primary pole height of more than 18 meters, offering convenient electric lifting operation. Once the lamp tray ascends to its working position, it automatically detaches, seamlessly hanging in the groove, with the wire rope easily removed.
The lifting-type high-pole lamp offers dual control modes: manual and electric, ensuring the lamp tray can be lowered safely and reliably to 2.5 meters above ground level for effortless maintenance.
The manual remote control device has a 10-meter lead-out wire, allowing operators to control the lamp panel's lifting from a distance of 5 meters, ensuring personal safety during operation.
The lift-type high-pole lamp is also equipped with a backup cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to an optimal position, one end of the cable plugs into the electrical control system's socket, and the other end into the junction box on the lamp tray, enabling direct power supply and easy maintenance of lamps and lanterns.
All lamps and lanterns of the lift-type high-pole lamp meet the IP65 international sealing standard, preventing dust and rain infiltration and extending the bulb's service life. The materials used are typically aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
