The electric lifting system is a marvel of engineering, featuring an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.Inside the lamp post, the lifting system enables a swift ascent at a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, streamlining maintenance and operation.
4. The guiding and unloading system is meticulously designed with a guide wheel and guide arm, ensuring the lamp plate remains steady and secure without any transverse movement.during the lifting process. Upon reaching its designated position, the lamp plate automatically drops and locks into place with precision using the hook mechanism.
5. The lighting electrical system is equipped with an array of 6 to 24 high-efficiency lamps, ranging from 400 W to 1000 W. Classification of high pole lamps
These lamps are generally categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting main pole typically exceeds a height of 18m, offering convenient electric lifting operations. Once elevated, the lamp tray automatically detaches and secures itself, allowing the wire rope to be efficiently unloaded.
Lifting type high-pole lamps feature dual lifting control modes: manual and electric, providing flexibility and ease of maintenance as the tray can be safely lowered to a manageable height of 2.5 meters above ground.
The manual remote control device's lead-out wire extends to 10m, enabling operators to remotely manage the lamp panel's elevation at a safe distance of 5m, ensuring operator safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp includes a spare cable, facilitating easy maintenance. When properly lowered, a cable end connects to the electrical control system socket, while the other links to the lamp tray's junction box, ensuring consistent power supply.
All lamps and lanterns in lift-type high-pole lamps are IP65 rated, adhering to international standards to prevent dust and rain penetration, thus extending bulb life. The materials used, such as aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, boast excellent corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
