Product Description

Exquisite Configuration of Our High Mast Lighting System:

1. The design features a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole crafted from high-strength steel plates, which undergo cutting, bending, and automatic welding. Heights range from 25m to 35m, engineered to withstand wind speeds up to 60 meters/second.

2. This functional framework is enhanced with decorative elements, primarily constructed from steel and steel pipes. The lamp post and lamp plate are meticulously treated with hot-dip galvanizing.

3. The state-of-the-art electric lifting system includes an electric motor, a winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. The lamp post interior allows for a smooth lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. Our guiding and unloading system is ingeniously designed with a guide wheel and guide arm, ensuring the lamp plate remains stable during lifting. Upon reaching its position, the lamp plate automatically drops and locks securely in place using a hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 to 24 lamps of 400W or 1000W, using metal halide (white light) for both light and floodlight. A sophisticated computer time controller regulates automatic switching, allowing for partial or full illumination as needed.

6. The lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter long lightning rod at the lamp top,

and a 1-meter long grounding wire integrated into the underground foundation, securely welded to the underground bolt.

Classification of high pole lamps
High pole lamps can generally be categorized into two types: lifting and non-lifting. Lifting high mast poles typically exceed 18 meters in height and offer convenient electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray is elevated to its operational height, it can automatically detach, secure itself in position, and the wire rope can be released.
The lifting high-pole lamp features both manual and electric lifting control options, ensuring the lamp tray can
be safely and reliably lowered to a height of 2.5 meters above the ground for maintenance purposes. The manual remote control device comes with a 10-meter lead-out wire, allowing the operator to control the lifting of the lamp panel from a safe distance of 5 meters, thus ensuring their personal safety.
Additionally, the lift-type high-pole lamp comes equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to the appropriate maintenance position, one end of the cable can be plugged into the electrical control system socket, while the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray. This allows for direct power supply to the lamp tray, facilitating efficient maintenance of the lighting fixtures.
All lamps and lanterns of the lift-type high-pole lamp adhere to the IP65 international sealing standard, providing robust protection against dust and rain, thereby extending the service life of the bulbs. The materials used for these lamps and lanterns are primarily aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, both known for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
