1. Our high mast lights typically feature a stunning dodecagon or octagonal conical pole design, crafted from high-strength steel plates. Each pole is expertly cut, bent, andwelded automatically, standing at majestic heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, with an impressive wind resistance capability up to 60 meters per second.
2. In addition to their functionality, these lights boast decorative elements, primarily using steel, steel pipes, and hot-dip galvanized lamp posts and plates.
3. The electric lifting system is a marvel, featuring an efficient electric motor, a robust winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Inside the lamp post, a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute ensures smooth and efficient operation.
4. Our guiding and unloading system is meticulously designed with guide wheels and arms, ensuring stability and preventing any transverse movement of the lamp plate.during the lifting process. As the lamp plate reaches its intended position, it is seamlessly dropped and securely locked by the automatic hook mechanism.

The lighting electrical system is highly adaptable, equipped with 6 to 24 lamps ranging from 400W to 1000W, using metal halide for brilliant white light and floodlighting.Our advanced computer time controller takes charge of automatically managing switching times, enabling part lighting or full illumination with ease.
6. Our lightning protection system is state-of-the-art, with a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod crowning the lamp top,
while the underground foundation is fortified with a 1-meter-long grounding wire, expertly welded with the underground bolt for optimal safety.

Classification of high pole lamps
These high pole lamps are generally categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting type generally stands over 18m, offering convenient electric lifting operations. Once elevated,
the lamp tray is automatically detached, nestled safely in the ditch, allowing for the easy unloading of the wire rope.
This innovative lifting high-pole lamp offers dual control options—manual and electric—allowing the lamp tray
to be safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above the ground for hassle-free maintenance. The manual remote control device features a 10m lead-out wire, enabling operators to control the lifting of the lamp panel from a safe 5m distance.
Every lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a spare cable, ensuring continuity of electricity supply to the lamp tray for maintenance. The lamp sealing grade is IP65 international standard, safeguarding against dust and rain, and enhancing bulb life. The lamps are crafted from premium aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, offering exceptional corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
