Elevate your outdoor illumination with our expertly engineered high mast light configuration:
1. Designed with precision, the high mast light often features a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates. These plates undergo meticulous cutting and bending,followed by automatic welding. Available in heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, it boasts a wind resistance design capable of withstanding speeds up to 60 meters per second.

2. The functional framework is enhanced with decorative elements, primarily utilizing steel. Components such as the steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate are hot-dip galvanized for superior durability.

3. Our advanced electric lifting system features an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire rope and cable.Inside the lamp post, the system offers a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring efficient operation.

4. The guiding and unloading system, comprising a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures that the lamp plate remains stable and does not move transverselyduring the lifting process. Once the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it automatically settles and locks securely with a hook.

5. Our lighting electrical system accommodates 6 to 24 lamps, with options for 400W or 1000W metal halide (white light), providing powerful illumination and floodlighting.Equipped with a computer time controller, it can automate switching times, and manage part lighting or full illumination seamlessly,

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are generally categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting type typically features a main pole height exceeding 18 meters, offering a user-friendly electric lifting mechanism. Once elevated to the operational height, the lamp tray automatically detaches and locks into the designated position, allowing the wire rope to be safely removed.
The lifting type high-pole lamp boasts two control options: manual and electric. This dual-mode operation ensures that the lamp tray can be easily maintained.
It can be securely and reliably lowered to just 2.5 meters above the ground, facilitating maintenance. With a 10-meter long lead wire, the manual remote control device allows the operator to control the lamp panel's elevation from a safe 5-meter distance, ensuring maximum operational safety.
Additionally, all lift-type high-pole lamps are equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to a convenient level, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system's socket, while the other end links to the junction box on the lamp tray. This setup permits direct electricity supply for lamp maintenance.
The sealing standard for all lift-type high-pole lamps meets the IP65 international benchmark, effectively preventing dust and rain ingress, thereby extending the bulb's lifespan. These lamps and lanterns are typically crafted from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
