The Exquisite Configuration of Our High Mast Light:

1. The shape options include a stunning dodecagon or a sleek octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates. These are precisely cut, bent, and welded automatically, with standard heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m. They boast an impressive maximum wind resistance design of up to 60 meters per second.

2. In addition to their functional framework, these poles feature decorative elements mainly made from steel, steel pipes, and lamp posts, all of which are hot-dip galvanized for enhanced durability.

3. The electric lifting system is a marvel of engineering, consisting of a powerful electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. Inside the lamp post, it allows for a smooth lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system, composed of precision-engineered guide wheels and guide arms, ensures that the lamp plate remains stable without any transverse movement. During the lifting process. When the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it automatically drops and locks securely in place with a reliable hook mechanism.

5. The sophisticated lighting electrical system can accommodate 6 to 24 lamps, with power options ranging from 400W to 1000W. These include metal halide (white light) and floodlight fixtures. A computer time controller provides automatic control of switching times, enabling partial or full illumination as needed.

6. The advanced lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod positioned at the top of the lamp.

Additionally, the underground foundation is fortified with a 1-meter-long grounding wire, securely welded to the underground bolt for optimal safety.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps can generally be classified into two types: lifting and non-lifting. Lifting main poles typically exceed 18 meters in height and feature an electric lifting mechanism for effortless operation. Once the lamp tray ascends to its operational height, it automatically detaches, hooks onto the groove, and releases the wire rope.
The lifting type high-pole lamp offers dual control modes: manual and electric, ensuring the lamp tray can be safely lowered to a maintenance-friendly height of 2.5 meters above ground.
The manual remote control device, with a 10-meter lead-out wire, allows operators to control the lamp panel's elevation from a safe distance of 5 meters, ensuring operational safety.
Lift-type high-pole lamps come equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray descends to the appropriate position, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system's socket, while the other end links to the lamp tray's junction box, enabling direct power supply for maintenance.
All lamps of the lift-type high-pole variety are sealed to the IP65 international standard, ensuring complete protection against dust and rain, thus prolonging bulb life. These lamps are crafted from high-quality materials, typically aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, which offer excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
