Product Description

Configuration of the High Mast Light:
1. The design typically features dodecagon or octagonal conical poles, crafted from high-strength steel plates, precisely cut and bent,and seamlessly welded. These structures generally stand at 25m, 30m, or 35m tall, engineered to withstand wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.

2. In addition to functionality, aesthetic appeal is achieved using steel and steel pipes. Each lamp post and lamp plate undergo hot-dip galvanization for durability.

3. The electric lifting system boasts an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Internally, the lamp post features a lifting mechanism operating at speeds between 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system, consisting of guide wheels and arms, ensures the lamp plate remains stable and does not sway laterallyduring elevation. Upon reaching the desired height, the lamp plate automatically secures and locks into place with a hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400W to 1000W, utilizing metal halide for bright, white light and floodlight capabilities.A computer time controller offers automated control over switch timing, allowing for partial or full illumination based on requirements.

6. The lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter long lightning rod at the lamp's apex,

and a 1-meter long grounding wire integrated into the underground foundation, securely welded to the underground bolt.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are typically categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. Lifting high pole lamps generally stand at heights exceeding 18 meters, featuring an electric lifting mechanism for effortless operation. Once the lamp tray ascends to the designated working height, it can autonomously detach, securely hang in the ditch, and release the wire rope.
The lifting-type high pole lamp is equipped with dual lifting control systems, both manual and electric, facilitating the smooth lowering of the lamp tray.
It can be safely and reliably lowered to a height of 2.5 meters above the ground, ensuring ease of maintenance. The manual remote control device boasts a 10-meter lead-out wire, allowing operators to manage the lamp panel lifting from a safe distance of 5 meters, thereby safeguarding personal safety.
Additionally, the lift-type high pole lamp comes with a backup cable system. When the lamp tray is lowered to an appropriate height, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system's socket, while the other end links to the junction box on the lamp tray, enabling direct power supply for maintenance.
The sealing grade of all lamps in the lift-type high pole lamp adheres to the IP65 international standard, effectively preventing dust and rain ingress, thereby extending the bulb's service life. The lamps are constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
