Product Description

The configuration of high mast light:
1. The shape generally features a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates through precise cutting and bending processes,followed by automatic welding. The standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a maximum wind resistance design of up to 60 meters per second.

2. Functionally robust and aesthetically pleasing, the poles are made primarily of steel, with components such as steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates undergoing hot-dip galvanizing for enhanced durability.

3. The electric lifting system includes an electric motor, a winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables, ensuring reliable operation.The lamp post interior features a lifting mechanism with a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system, composed of a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures the lamp plate remains stable and unmoved during the lifting process,.When the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it automatically drops and locks in place via a hook mechanism, securing it firmly.

5. The lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, with options of 400 W or 1000 W metal halide (white light), providing both focused and floodlighting solutions.A computer time controller allows automatic management of switching times and offers the flexibility of partial or full illumination as needed.

6. The lightning protection system features a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the lamp top,

with the underground foundation equipped with 1-meter-long grounding wires, welded securely to the underground bolts for comprehensive safety.

Classification of high pole lamps
The high pole lamps are generally classified into lifting type and non-lifting type. For the lifting type, the main pole typically exceeds 18 meters in height, offering the convenience of electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray ascends to its working position, it automatically detaches, hangs securely in the ditch, and the wire rope is easily unloaded.
Our lifting type high-pole lamp comes equipped with dual lifting control modes—both manual and electric—ensuring the lamp tray can be lowered safely and dependably.
The lamp tray can be gently lowered to 2.5 meters above the ground, facilitating easy maintenance. The manual remote control device is designed with a 10-meter lead-out wire, allowing operators to control the lifting mechanism from a safe 5-meter distance, thereby ensuring their personal safety.
Every lift-type high-pole lamp also includes a spare cable. When the lamp tray reaches the desired position, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system's socket, and the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray. This allows for direct electricity supply and hassle-free maintenance of the lamps and lanterns.
The lift-type high-pole lamp's lamps and lanterns boast an IP65 international standard sealing grade to effectively block dust and rain, thereby extending bulb lifespan. These lamps and lanterns are predominantly made from high-quality aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
