Product Description

Introducing the high-performance configuration of our high mast light:

1. The structure is typically a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates that are expertly cut, bent, and welded through automated processes. Available in heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, these poles are designed to withstand wind speeds up to 60 meters per second.

2. While primarily functional, the framework also incorporates decorative elements. The materials used include steel, steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates, all of which are hot-dip galvanized for enhanced durability.

3. The electric lifting system features a powerful electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. The lifting speed ranges from 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring efficient operation.

4. The guiding and unloading system, comprised of a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures the lamp plate remains stable and does not move transversely during the lifting process. When the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it automatically locks into place, secured by a hook system.

5. The lighting electrical system is versatile, accommodating 6 to 24 lamps with options of 400 W or 1000 W metal halide (white light), as well as light and floodlight configurations. A computer time controller provides automated control over switching times, allowing for partial or full illumination as needed.

6. The lightning protection system features a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the top of the lamp,

and the underground foundation is equipped with 1-meter-long grounding wires, meticulously welded to the underground bolts for optimal safety.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are typically classified into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting type usually features a main pole height exceeding 18 meters, offering the convenience of electrical lifting operations. Once elevated to the working position, the lamp tray can automatically detach and hang securely in the ditch, allowing the wire rope to be easily removed.
The lifting type high-pole lamp offers dual control options—manual and electric—enabling the lamp tray to be adjusted with ease and precision.
For safety and ease of maintenance, the lifting type high-pole lamp can be lowered securely to 2.5 meters above ground level. Equipped with a 10-meter lead-out wire for the manual remote control device, operators can manage the lamp panel from a safe distance of 5 meters, ensuring their personal safety.
Additionally, all lifting type high-pole lamps come with a spare cable. When the lamp tray descends to the optimal position, the cable can connect the electrical control system to the junction box on the lamp tray, enabling direct power supply for maintenance.
The sealing grade of all lamps and lanterns in the lifting type high-pole lamp meets the IP65 international standard, effectively preventing dust and rain intrusion. This ensures enhanced bulb longevity. Constructed from high-quality materials like aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these lamps and lanterns boast excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
