Product Description

The Configuration of High Mast Light:
1. The shape is typically dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates after precision cutting and bending,followed by automated welding. The standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a wind resistance design capable of withstanding speeds up to 60 meters per second.

2. The functional framework is complemented by decorative materials, primarily steel. The steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate all undergo hot-dip galvanizing for added protection.

3. The electric lifting system includes an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables.Inside the lamp post, a lifting mechanism operates at a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system is engineered with a guide wheel and guide arm to ensure the lamp plate remains stable and does not shift transversely.during the lifting process. Once the lamp plate reaches its designated height, it can automatically descend and lock into place via the hook system.

5. The lighting electrical system can accommodate 6 to 24 lamps, offering options of 400 W or 1000 W metal halide (white light) for both spotlight and floodlight applications.A sophisticated computer time controller automates the switching times, allowing for part lighting or full illumination depending on needs.

6. The lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter long lightning rod at the lamp top,

while the underground foundation features 1-meter long grounding wires, seamlessly welded with the underground bolts for robust protection.

Classification of High-Pole Lamps
High-pole lamps can generally be divided into two types: lifting and non-lifting. The lifting type typically features a main pole height of over 18m, allowing for convenient electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray reaches its working position, it automatically detaches and securely hangs, with the wire rope easily unloadable.
The lifting-type high-pole lamp comes with both manual and electric lifting control modes. This feature allows for the safe, reliable lowering of the lamp tray to 2.5 meters above ground level, facilitating easy maintenance.
With a manual remote control device that includes a 10m lead-out wire, operators can control the lifting of the lamp panel from a safe distance of 5m, ensuring their personal safety during operations.
Additionally, the lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to the appropriate position, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system's socket, while the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray, allowing for direct power supply and easy maintenance of lamps and lanterns.
All lamps and lanterns in the lift-type high-pole lamp system are sealed to the IP65 international standard, preventing dust and rain ingress, which extends the bulb's service life. These lamps are constructed from high-quality materials like aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
