3. The electric lifting system is an engineering marvel, integrating a robust electric motor, a winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes alongside cables.Inside the lamp post, the system ensures a smooth lifting speed ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. A sophisticated guiding and unloading system, comprising a guide wheel and guide arm, guarantees that the lamp plate remains stable and unmoved during the ascent..Once the lamp plate is perfectly positioned, it automatically descends and locks securely with the precision of a hook mechanism.

The cutting-edge lighting electrical system accommodates between 6 to 24 lamps, offering options of 400 W or 1000 W, along with metal halide (white light), spotlight, and floodlight configurations.A computer time controller smartly automates the switching schedule, allowing for partial or complete illumination based on needs.
6. For uncompromised safety, the lightning protection system includes a robust 1.5 meters long lightning rod atop the lamp.

Classification of high pole lamps
These versatile lamps are generally categorized as lifting or non-lifting types. The lifting version boasts a height surpassing 18m, allowing for seamless electric lifting operations.
Once elevated to its operational position, the lamp tray effortlessly detaches, securely hangs in the groove, and the wire rope is neatly released.
The lifting type high-pole lamp provides dual control options, manual or electric, enabling the lamp tray to be safely lowered to 2.5 meters above the ground for effortless maintenance.
With a manual remote control device that features a 10m lead-out wire, operators can confidently manage the lamp panel's lifting process from a safe 5m distance, prioritizing their safety.
Every lift-type high-pole lamp is additionally fitted with a backup cable. When the tray is at the right height, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system's socket, while the other end is linked to the lamp tray's junction box, ensuring continuous power supply for seamless maintenance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
